HUSTLE FOR THAT MUSCLE
90 DAY FAT LOSS CHALLENGE
Thank you for your interest in the 2020 Hustle for that Muscle Challenge! This fat loss challenge was initiated to help motivate you to achieve your weight loss goals.
The following rules and guidelines apply.
The Challenge begins on February 1, 2020 and ends on April 30, 2020.
Entry Fee is $25
o Entry fee is due by January 31st
o Preferred Method of payment – Cash App to $tambfitness
o Inquire at info@tambfitness to arrange other methods of payment
o Entry fee does not include TamB. Fitness services, such as group training, personal training, or dance cardio classes, but you are welcome to inquire within about our services.
· Your first Bod Pod, which must be dated in January 2020 is required to enter the challenge on February 1st, NO EXCEPTIONS! *YOU CAN NOT ENTER THE CHALLENGE WITHOUT A BOD POD.
· Weight & Fat Loss will be calculated from your initial Bod Pod through the end of the challenge with your exit Bod Pod which must be submitted by April 15th. Prizes will be given to the persons who drops the most body fat in pounds, percentage,(with Little to NO muscle loss) and a prize will be given to the person who gains the most muscle within the 60 day time period.
There will be a 1st and 2nd place winner, additional prizes may be added based on number of registrants. Specifics will be communicated within the Facebook Group.
1st place - One Month of Unlimited Classes + Exclusive Apparel
2nd Place -Gift Card + Exclusive Apparel
WHAT YOU HAVE ACCESS TO:
· Private Facebook Group
o Motivation, encouragement & support, and recognition
o Interaction with others that are on the same mission
o Friendly competition
o Feel free to post your workouts, daily routine, quotes, etc. Posting is not mandatory, but we do ask that if you choose to post, that it is kept competitive, but clean and in good fun! No insults, or degradation will be tolerated, and the group leaders will provide warnings and/ or immediate removal from the group at their discretion.
o Motivational Challenges & Periodic Check-ins from Coaches/ Group Leaders
o Group runs, walks, workout sessions can be arranged at the discretion of the Challenge Registrants. TamB. Fitness will not be liable for any sustained injuries. (Please consult with your doctor before starting this or any challenge and/ or exercise routines.
o Coach/ Personal Trainer Feedback challenge related only
· Each Registrant will receive a T-Shirt
