My work sits at the intersection of structured training, nutrition coaching, and lifestyle accountability, with weight and fat loss as expected outcomes — not the only focus.

I don’t sell quick wins or aesthetic-only promises. I coach women through process-driven change that improves strength, confidence, and long-term health. Weight and fat loss often happen as a result and for many clients, they’re a major goal but the foundation is always sustainability.
